Hauser & Wirth London opened in 2003. The gallery is housed in an historic building from the 1920s designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens (1869-1944), one of England's most prominent architects. The gallery is located at 196A Piccadilly, just across the road from The Royal Academy of Art, and neighbouring some of the city's most important fine arts dealers and auction houses.This new venture of Hauser & Wirth adds a prominent exhibition space and concentrates on the promotion of the artists represented by the gallery.
