International Orders
International Shipping Rates for Parts are calculated based on weight and will be added by CBO when your order is processed.
Customs and Duties: There is generally a customs charge and a V.A.T. (import tax) charged by the destination country for international shipments. It is usually between 15% and 30% of the shipment value. U.P.S. also charges brokerage fees. C.B.O. in no way controls or profits from these charges and will not be responsible for them. Contact your local customs/commerce department for exact rates.
If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to you by C.B.O. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if there are any problems. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.
When ordering large items such as wheels, framesets, or complete bicycles, you may often add smaller parts to the order with no additional charge for shipping. This is because shipping is charged by size and not strictly by weight.
