Lietuvos Aido Gallery
The Lietuvos Aido Gallery was among the first private galleries to be founded in Lithuania. For more than a decade, we have been striving to uphold artistic virtues already existing as well as to discover new names of the Lithuanian fine arts. While organizing exhibitions, publishing art albums, contributing to international projects, we act as mediators between the artist and the community. In a comparatively long period of its activity, the Gallery has accumulated rich drawer of artistic impressions and professional methods. Today's mode of activity is based on the Gallery's philosophy, i.e. being democratic and - at the same time - true to eternal virtues; in constant quest for novelties but having a definite activity vision; open to artists and art collectors on the one hand and on the other - to each art lover.
The Lietuvos Aidas Gallery is a home for artists in every state of genre, recognition and palette of self-expression. However, this diversity of authors is united by their subordination to true aesthetic values. The Gallery makes a careful selection of works which have the capacity to pass the exam of oblivion and fundamental criteria. The Gallery gives room both to well-known and to new authors able to prove their creative maturity and broad spiritual horizons and - at the same time - harmoniously adding to the mosaic of Lithuanian art.
